Based in the heart of Tequila, the emblematic Casa Sauza distillery wanted to renew its image on the occasion of its 100th anniversary. The idea was to create Sauza's Premium brand, to be known as “Tres Generaciones”.

The Context

Casa Sauza's new Premium brand, Tres Generaciones, was designed to celebrate the distillery's 100th anniversary. So, Sauza set out to prove that its Tequila can compete with ultra-premium spirits. “To convey the quality of this product, we needed packaging that told a story.” Saverglass was therefore given the mission of producing a new glass bottle for tequila Tres Generaciones.
 

The Challenge

The challenge in designing the Tres Generaciones bottle came down to the customer's expectations: “What we want to achieve with this bottle is dependent on the quality of the glass: the purity of the color, which is important to reflect the characteristics of each type of tequila”. Casa Sauza wanted this bottle to reflect its image and its history.
A high expectation and a major challenge.
 

The Solution

Saverglass therefore created a unique bottle for the occasion: mini-stitches on the shoulder of the bottle, a long neck and a rather flat circular design on the shoulder and bottom. The bottle is representative of the premium segment and studded with small bubbles frozen in the glass. Each type of tequila (blanco, reposado, añejo, cristalino) has been given its own distinctive glass color.
 

The Result

Today, the brand is recognized for its exquisite taste, quality of its spirits and the aesthetics of its packaging. This partnership between Saverglass and Casa Sauza has been a real success, enhancing both the brand's reputation and its market presence.
